Hello lovely lady!
Can you believe it? The month of May is nearly here and summer is soon to follow! With the weather heating up, it’s time to whip that bikini body back into shape.
Our May class schedule is already online and ready for registration. Visit http://cary.aradiafitness.com today to reserve your space in one of our four-week sessions, workshops or Beyond the Pole workouts. Please keep in mind that all our classes are limited in space to ensure we can offer you the best quality fitness instruction… we cannot always guarantee a space for walk-in clients, so pre-registration is very important.
On May 9 2010 we are excited to welcome USPDF Pro Competitor TAKEILA FOX to the studio as a guest instructor. Takeila is offering two workshops, a Beginner Level and Intermediate/Advanced Level class. In the Beginner Level, Takeila will cover her signature “pole floating” techniques, saucy floorwork and help you polish up your pole transitions. The Beginner workshop is suitable of pole students of all levels and no previous pole experience is required. Her Intermediate/Advanced level class is suitable for Aradia Fitness students in Pole 3.5 and above… or for non-Aradia Fitness students who are strong with their inversions. Space is limited in both of these specials classes – register online today before they fill up!

Pole 4 a Cure Challenge… from the men!
Thursday, April 1st, 2010 | Uncategorized | No Comments
The Aradia Fitness instructors and students have formed a team this year to participate in the Susan G Komen breast cancer awareness run, the Race for a Cure. We have set a super high goal of raising $3,000 as a team this year… so we’ve had to think of some creative & fun ways to raise money. So last month, we issued a challenge to the men in our lives and have formed a team of strapping, manly men who have accepted this challenge.
Our men’s team is now challenging the people of the Triangle:
Help them reach their fundraising goal of $500 by April 30, 2010… and if you do, these guys will come to the pole dance studio where they will receive a pole dance lesson and learn a flirty pole dance routine! And of course, we will record the routine and post it online for all to enjoy!
Too funny, right?!
The catch is, if people don’t donate $500 to the men’s fund then they won’t pole dance for us! All proceeds go right into our Susan G Komen fund, which is 100% for breast cancer awareness, research and support. Any little bit you can donate will help! Check out these links:

Please forward this information to all your family, friends and coworkers who want to support the fight against Breast Cancer and donate their money in a FUN way! Our team of men are really putting themselves out there, so let’s show our support for the guys and give to an important cause at the same time!
